How do I book Palm House?You may request your preferred dates directly through our website. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll provide next steps to finalize your stay.

How far is Palm House from the beach?Palm House is located in the WindMark Beach community with easy access to the beach. Guests can enjoy nearby boardwalk access points and scenic walking paths throughout the neighborhood
Is there a walking or bike trail near by?Yes! The Old Highway 98 trail runs directly across from the community and is perfect for biking, walking, and golf cart use. It’s a beautiful paved path that connects along the coast and is a favorite among guests.
Are the pools private?Palm House guests enjoy access to two community pools within WindMark Beach. Pool access is subject to community guidelines.
North Pool – 536 Sea Grove Way
This is the closer pool to our home and typically about a 3–5 minute drive.
Main Pool – 51 Good Morning Street
This is the larger, more resort-style pool area. It’s just a few minutes farther by car.
Walking is possible depending on the weather and pace, but most guests prefer to drive or bike.
Are pets allowed?Palm House has a no-pets policy. However, exceptions may be considered upon request prior to booking. Please contact us directly to discuss.
Are golf carts allowed?Golf carts are permitted on the Old Highway 98 trail. However, golf carts are not allowed on Highway 98 itself. Please note that crossing Highway 98 by golf cart to access the trail is not permitted. Guests are responsible for following all local laws and safety regulations.
